The divorce between Los Angeles Dodgers owner, Frank McCourt, and his now ex-wife Jamie has finally been settled. Their divorce is said to be the most expensive divorce California has ever seen.

The two made the divorce proceedings very public when it was determined Jamie was seeking control of the baseball team as well as millions. When the divorce was finalized, the terms were said to be private but sources close to the couple divulge information which would give Jamie $130 million and allow Frank to keep ownership of the Dodgers.

Court and lawyer fees for this case reached an astounding $20 million during the trial period with an additional $14 million needed for the debate over ownership of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

This divorce comes after 30 years of marriage and took over two years in court before a final settlement could be reached. The most expensive divorce in the world is said to be between Rupert and Anna Murdoch, giving Anna a total of $1.7 billion.
