Former NBA basketball player, Antoine Walker, is behind on paying child support as well as his daughter’s tuition.
According to the mother of Walker’s 13-year-old daughter, she hasn’t received child support payments in over two years. Walker is also responsible for paying the tuition for his daughter’s private school, which he has fell behind on as well.
The 35-year-old is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings and a judge recently decided that he cannot rule on the child support charge until the bankruptcy has been completed. A federal judge will have to determine whether the bankruptcy filing interferes with the tuition and child support payments.
