Since their divorce in 2009, Usher and his former wife, Tameka, have been in heated custody battles over their two young sons. At this point in time, they share joint custody of their 4-year-old and 3-year-old sons.
Tameka is looking to reverse that custody agreement and strip Usher of his custodial rights. She is basing her request off of claims that include him falling behind on child support payments and possibly using drugs in front of their children.
Conversely, Usher is looking to gain more time with his children and has stated that none of his ex-wife’s claims hold any truth. A judge in their current case has said that they need to agree on a temporary custody arrangement before the court steps in.
