According to an ex-girlfriend of DMX, he owes roughly $1 million in unpaid child support. The rapper is questioning the validity of this statement, because he is not entirely sure that he is even the biological father of the woman’s 10-year-old daughter.
They are currently engaged in a paternity case where the court is determining if DMX is the father of the child. He does not believe that he is, and until it is proven otherwise will not be paying any child support to the woman.
DMX is trying to have his plans to Europe approved in court, and the mother of his potential child is making sure he does not leave the country until the child support has been paid off. The case is still pending at this time.
