Dennis Rodman is currently trying to have his contempt of court ruling overturned.
In November, Rodman’s ex-wife filed a suit against the eclectic former professional basketball, stating that he owed her more than $860,000 in child support. Rodman was determined to be in contempt of court, and faces a potential jail sentence of 20 days.
The 50-year-old is supposed to pay $4,500 per month in spousal and child support to his ex-wife. He no longer makes the salary of a professional basketball player, and therefore claims that he cannot afford the high monthly payments. His hearing for the case is scheduled for May 29.
